Who am I?
My curiosity helps me to quickly understand how people, processes and systems work together and where there might be frictions.
My ability to jump between details and the bigger picture in combination with the desire to communicate efficiently help me to get everyone on the same page which is the first step to reach the common goal.
My purpose is simple. I really, genuinely want to help the end users wether they are internal users or customers.

How do I work?
I’ve learned a lot of different methods from multiple disciplines during my career. This has helped me to become even better at connecting the dots and see the holistic picture.
I usually find myself in the middle of groups of people translating between them. This is something I prefer doing mainly visually.
I try not to limit myself and I encourage others to also have an open mindset when solving problems.
